Klass Act Solutions was started in 2004 for the purpose of making technology easier for people use both in their homes and business.  We have innovated into the company we are today serving people all over Florida and the Caribbean. We specialize in not only sales, installation, and service of equipment purchased through us or elsewhere; we ensure you understand the products and how to use them, and always make sure the products installed are secure from outside threats and possible cyber-attacks.

I have a long history in home and business technology.  From growing up in the upper Midwest with a strong mindset of customer service from family who owned a Sears catalog store in a small town and knowing the value of delivering a great product, to working with Fortune 500 companies and seeing how they use technology. I bring a knowledge how to use technology on a large scale but for home and small business budgets.

My experience is vast from working with young and old with their technology to working with Educational, Government and Larger Business.  I was never happy working for others, I saw a large part of the population that was not serviced but those looking out for the clients good.  Residential and Small Business, along with small local government and small education systems is where I focused Klass Act Solutions on when I started the company in 2004.

Along my journey I have been blessed to work with and call some of them friends. From Lucas Films to Johnson Controls, Monster Cable, DBL Distributing, The Consumer Technology Association, Austere, Nest, HGTV, Google and many, many more.   All the connections have made make me be the leader I am today and guide my product choices and services to make the best solutions for my client possible.

I continue to grow everyday and learn new ways to use the products, some from training but a lot for others pushing the products, I live with the motto, “just ask, let me find a solution”

On my off time you will find me spending time away from the office with my wife Robbin, usually enjoying the Florida sun either at the beach, at the state parks or at the Disney Parks.  I enjoy golfing, fishing, and cheering for my now home team Miami Dolphins.

I grew up a child of the Military, my Dad was a well decorated soldier in the US Army, which fueled my love affair caring about others and understanding the many different needs and cultures of this great Country.  Along the way, I studied business management in college which helped me greatly in the role I am holding now.

You can say my working at Klass Act Solutions was by chance because in 2008, while attending a conference with my husband Kurt, the company I was working for closed.  I went from looking at a relaxing vacation in Las Vegas to becoming the Customer/Vendor Relations person for Klass Act Solutions in a few minutes.

Upon making the move to Florida for the company, I took over as President to lead Klass Act Solutions into the next chapter or its life.  As we celebrated 15 years in business, I can believe the friends we have made both in the industry that welcomed us into it, but also clients that have entrusted us with the technology in their homes and offices.  I am truly humbled by the support and continued business and referrals from clients that we have worked with.

My off time is spent enjoying what Florida has to offer, from driving my Mustang down A1A or US1 to spending time on the beach or at many of the state or Disney Parks, or snorkeling alongside my husband Kurt. I truly am blessed to be where I am today.  As a good friend of mine once told me, “Saltwater is much better than Snow,” and they could not have been more right.
